today training one of the worse lor...eh no, the trainings starting from holidays all like shit lor...the standard increase lke siao lor...then my coach will say: push urself, if u dun feel he pain, move faster, make sure u feel the pain and the stretch in ur body, make sure ur lative(i dunnoe how to spell) starts to flow...badminton is like running a race, even if ur opponent is the best runner in the world, if the point from where u start and where ur opponent start is jus too far, no matter how hard he run, he will never win...badminton is all about mental power and the will, when in tournaments, everyone has almost the same standard, it is onli the mental power that can force u to stand out from the rest, no matter how tired it is, treat everyball like ur final ball that u mus overcome b4 u win, do not show ur opponent that u r tired....................

sigh still got a lot but i lazy to type XD

today start we run 17 rounds around the track, then did 60 pushups, 150 sit ups and 90 supermans, then we did footwork.....

footwork was worse than running 20 rounds lor...it is more on ur mental will to make u continue..we had 2 sets. 1st set we had to run forward, tap the ball, run back wards, junp and smash...we were not hitting anything as we had to ownself imagine the ball...we did this continuosly for 10mins with 30 sec break every 1min....u might tink this is easy but i tell u it is fuckin not...its damn tiring lor run up run down cannot stop, still have to jump...sian

then the 2nd set was left and right...it was the same 10ins with 30sec break after 1min....this was worse as we had to stretch for the bottom line and turn back run to the line on the opposite sides and stretch again...somemore we used trainer rackets...damn heavy lor...

then we did lobbing( i dunnoe how to spell) XD

then i played a singles with cedric...i dun wanna mention much as it was an unfair game as cedric cheated lor...i never tell anyone but i know that cheating is his own problem, when he come to tournament he will regret cheating...he like everyball i win he add 1 point to him then never add to me, then points he win he would add 2...then he whole day decrease my points and increase his points...WTF i can never win this way lor...i could beat him 21-12 lor....wtf lar....last time sabbatical he also cheat, onli that i never say lor...he treat me like retarded then anyhow increase his points...jus becos i act blur...
