Blackfeather Dragon's effect has jus been released...rather disappointing. maybe some people can come up with some combos...
on the other hand, there will be 3 new black feathers! hurray! and a new blackfeather spell and trap card!

According to the anime effects,

Blackfeather Shoot
Discard 1 "Blackwing" monster from your hand. Destroy 1 face-up Defense Position monster your opponent controls.

Black Thunder
Activate when a Blackwing monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard. Inflict 400 points of damage to your opponent for each card they control.

the attack isnt known at this point...so....we shall see...its defence is 1600 though
